As a customer of OpenShift I would like to know what are the vSphere minimum permissions required for each individual component so I can create a vSphere account with minimal privleges based on my needs.

*DESCRIPTION:*

Using UPI and a MITM vCenter determine each component: CPI, CSI and MAO required permissions. The basis of the set should be come from existing IPI documentation.

*ACCEPTANCE CRITERIA:*

• Determine the role+privlege and vCenter object location
• Submit documentation to installer
• Submit documentation or BZ for openshift-docs
