As an OpenShift Engineer I want to investigate the aws edge-zones presubmit job failing affecting different component's projects, tracked by OCPBUGS-60182, so that we can unblock feature visibility of readiness, as well component required jobs won't be blocked / prevent losing signals.

• Investigate root cause of permanent failure of aws edge-zone e2e workflow (full IPI)
• return presubmit job as required in the origin repo
• evaluate if the original image isn't available anymore
• evaluate if we need to update docs referencing this image tested in CI
