As a openshift engineer I want to create e2e(s) for machineconfig disk setup so that we can test and promote the feature gate

The installer creates machine configs to setup disk partitions, format file systems and systemd units to mount the disks.

While the installer creates these configs the machine-config-operator is responsible for implementation. 
Add to mco tests at least 5 e2e that can be execute w/disk setup.
