User Story:
As an OpenShift Engineer I want fix the installer presubmit .config.prowgen to not have the word Periodical in its output to slack so that we are not confused on the job type.

Description:
there are a few presubmit jobs we are alerting on.  Originally the text used was copy/paste from periodicals so the text has periodical in the alert instead of presubmit.  We need to change that text.

Acceptance Criteria:
Text is clearer to understand.
