USER STORY:
As an OpenShift engineer, I need to research the CAPI Provider for vSphere (CAPV) and design the architecture for migrating from MAPI to CAPI, so that we have a clear implementation plan.

DESCRIPTION:
Research upstream CAPV capabilities, identify gaps compared to current Terraform implementation, and design the migration architecture.

ACCEPTANCE CRITERIA:
• CAPV version selection documented with rationale
• Architecture design document created showing MAPI to CAPI migration path
• Gap analysis completed between current MAPI features and CAPV capabilities
• Strategy defined for handling functional gaps in CAPV
