      Enable development teams to easily distinguish between CI notifications for generally available features versus features still under development.

          - 2 dedicated Slack channels configured (GA and pre-GA)
          - CI pipeline routing logic implemented
          - 100% notification accuracy by feature status
        1. Success Criteria
          GA feature CI jobs notify #ci-ga-features channel, pre-GA feature CI jobs notify #ci-development-features channel, with zero misrouted notifications.

          - Can be delivered incrementally (one channel at a time)
          - Single team ownership (no cross-team coordination required)
          - No technical risks or external dependencies
          - Minimal documentation/training needs
