User Story:
As an OpenShift Engineer I want to add presubmit job to perform vSphere install in nested-ova-ansible so we improve test coverage prior to usage in CI.

Description:
Since nested-ova-ansible is now in openshift-eng, we should be able to add presubmit tests. Let's do it! 

Acceptance Criteria:

• Perform a vSphere installation in to a nested environment deployed by nested-ova-ansible.  

Other Information:

• I'm not sure if we need to perform e2e or not.  I'm thinking no since we are primarily testing the ansible bits.
