User Story:
As an OpenShift Engineer I want Remove OKD periodicals from the splat slack list so we can focus on ocp issues and reduce the amount of messages in the channel..

Description:
Currently CI is reporting to slack issues with OKD periodicals.  After review, the errors have nothing to do with what SPLAT is doing and we am not sure why they are only being seen.  To limit our scope to be OCP release we are supporting, we are wanting to remove the OKD periodicals from out slack channels alerts.

Acceptance Criteria:
No more OKD alerts in slack channel
