Issue Description:
OVN-Kubernetes Egress Firewall component readiness is showing red due to failing DNS resolution on vSphere. The failure is due to unresponsive nameserver on vSphere OCP cluster where the DNS resolution requests are timing out.
Example log of ovnkube-controller from one failed run:
Failed to query nameserver: 10.93.165.1 with address: 10.93.165.1:53 for domain: redhat.com, err: read udp 10.93.165.6:50394->10.93.165.1:53: i/o timeout
Can the DNS nameserver on vSphere be made more robust so that the timeout issue does not arise sporadically?
