User Story:
As an OpenShift Engineer I want migrate jobs from vsphere02 so we don't have to manage and maintain our own build farm.

Description:
Determine feasibility of moving jobs from vsphere02 to build clusters which have native access to IBM Cloud.

Acceptance Criteria:

• Proof of concept demonstrating vSphere jobs can run on a build farm other than vsphere02
• - or - reasons why its not going to work
