      User Story:
      As an OpenShift Engineer I want update VCM to log job-name so we can better debug what job may be causing issues.

      Description:
      Currently when we go to debug leases in VCM, we have no way of correlating lease to job.  The purpose of this task is to update logging in VCM to include the job name when it starts to process a lease request.

      Acceptance Criteria:
      Job name is included in the log output in VCM
