User Story:
As an OpenShift Engineer I want Remove pull jobs from vSphere alerts so now that major issues are ironed out, we no longer need to triage the pull jobs as thoroughly.

Description:
Recently we added alerts for vSphere jobs so that we can monitor them closely to see what infra related issues we are having.  Now that we have most of these issues ironed out, we can reduce the number of pull jobs are are monitoring. 

Acceptance Criteria:
Only periodical jobs are being alerted on
