      User Story:
As an OpenShift Engineer I want to formulate a Day-2 plan to users 'update' the default router to use NLB with security groups supported by ROSA* so users can take advantage of the new CCM feature through the Ingress Controller interface.

      Description:
< Record any background information >

      Acceptance Criteria:

      • Evaluate the acceptance criteria of recreating* the default router (consider disruptions?**) with a new configuration with NLB with security groups
        • *NLB must be recreate to use Security Group, this is a hard limit
        • **there would be an option to migrate using R53 DNS smoothly roll out  strategy, but need to evaluate how deepen we'll need to document it
      • The option must be Day-2 steps
      • The steps must be valid for self-managed and ROSA*
