User Story:

As an OpenShift Engineer, I want the installer to configure a newly created VM with a serial port that connects to a virtual serial port concentrator, so that I can collect console logs for troubleshooting and analysis.

Acceptance Criteria:

• The OpenShift installer automatically configures a newly created VM to expose a serial port on the VM that connects to a virtual serial port concentrator.
• The serial port configuration includes appropriate permissions to allow access for logging.
