As an openshift engineer destroy persistent volumes before cluster is destroyed so volumes are not leaked.

This will probably need input from the installer team as to how to implement this. Meaning this needs to be an optional and warning do you really want to do this.

• Do you really want to do this warning and acceptance, log acceptance
• Delete PVC and PV prior to the installer deleting virtual machines
