User Story:
As an OpenShift Engineer I want to remove hosts base domain from resolve so that cloudflare properly resolves

Description:
I think because the hosts do not belong to the same domain as the cluster networkmanager adds a search domain of the PTR-based hostname. This breaks resolution for only cloudflare as it prepends the host's domain to the end of the query.

Acceptance Criteria:

• Research a solution that will survive a reboot, upgraded or machine config change
• Document resolution here
