User Story:
As an OpenShift Engineer I want add details on topology of a vSphere CI job so so that I know what vCenter, datacenter, cluster a job ran on from the vSphere metrics plugin in prow.

Description:
Having to dig through job artifacts makes it really difficult to identify where a job runs and as a result finding infra issues can be a challenge.

Acceptance Criteria:

• The plugin displays the relevant topology information (vCenter, datacenter, cluster) alongside other job-related data and metrics without a user having to dig through job artifacts.
