As an ARMOCP developer,

I'd like a permanent DNS base domain for the account where ephemeral Prow jobs are run, so that it's easy for humans to point to specific job runs.

DNS might also be required for the account holding the permanent build farm cluster.

Check back and arrange details with DPTP team.

Acceptance Criteria:

• DNS base domain is created for acc where ephemeral jobs run
• DNS resources in above account are ignorelisted in DPP's resource pruner
• Possibly: DNS base domain is created for acc where permanent infra runs
