In order to get the multi vCenter featuregate moved into default (GA) featureset, we need to make sure we can catch regressions earlier enough.  Currently the periodical only run once a week.  We need to bump this to daily.  Also, we need to create pre-submit jobs for installer, MAPI, and CPMS for vSphere multi vcenter.  Need to make sure these are optional and only run when vSphere changes are made.
