As an OpenShift developer building oc for ARMv8, I'd like clarity on the following topics (especially since RHEL7 for ARM does not exist):

• need to switch to a RHEL 8 builder and linking oc statically (which would require disabling the gssapi flag) so that binaries still run on RHEL 7 (the GLIBC_2.28 issue): https://issues.redhat.com/browse/OCPPLAN-5476 
• (non-blocking) if a linux-amd64 cross-compiled installer is added to install-artifacts, add a new argument to oc adm release extract: https://issues.redhat.com/browse/MULTIARCH-128
