Description:
Currently, there are permanent failures occurring in the periodic-ci-openshift-release-master-ci-4.16-e2e-external-aws jobs (e.g., job ID 1852863562582593536). These failures impact our ability to confidently deploy OCP 4.16 using platform type External on AWS infrastructure. By investigating and resolving these issues, we aim to improve the stability of our CI/CD pipeline for platform-external workloads.
