      As an OpenShift developer,

I want all conformance tests to run on RHEL8 images that are supported on all platforms.
Support for MongoDB has been dropped with RHEL8, yet some conformance tests still run on MongoDB RHEL7 images.
That works on x86, however these images do not exist on ARM arch, since ARM is supported in RHEL8+ only.
The conformance tests in question should be changed to run on an adequate alternative image, e.g. RHEL8 PostgreSQL.

An overview of tests failing tests on ARM can be found here: https://drive.google.com/file/d/19jMF2Yh9sAqJnw5XRC7ocU32K0sZw1OC/view

      Acceptance Criteria:

      • All conformance tests pass on ARM architecture
      • No regressions on other arches (conformance tests continue to pass)
