User Story:
As an OpenShift Engineer I want ensure multi-NIC functions with multiple failure domains so that each failure domain can use the desired port groups.

Description:
Multiple NICs should be able to be used with multiple failure domains.  This should be functional as is but this needs to be verified.

Acceptance Criteria:
Verify that different port groups can be used with multiple NICs across multiple failure domains.
