User Story:
As an OpenShift Engineer I want create image packaged with Ansible and playbooks so we can deploy nested environments in CI.

Description: 
To facilitate testing of atypical configurations nested environments are to be deployed. jimccann@redhat.com has created an Ansible solution for deploying these nested environments. This solution requires Ansible to be deployed in CI. There are other images available in CI which package Ansible but we don't have control over the lifecycle of those images.

Acceptance Criteria:
   - Ansible is installed within the image as part of the build process.
   - All necessary playbooks for deploying nested environments are copied into the image.
