User Story:

As an OpenShift engineer, I need to enable tcpdump collection in a CI job to facilitate the troubleshooting of intermittent network problems. This will allow us to analyze network traffic and quickly identify potential issues.

Description:

In order to empower the OpenShift engineer to effectively troubleshoot intermittent network problems, a CI job should be modified to include tcpdump collection. This feature will enable the capture and analysis of network traffic for specific hosts, interfaces, or protocols.

Acceptance Criteria:

1. Given an existing CI job, when I update it with tcpdump commands, then it should successfully collect network traffic
2. tcpdump logs should be collected at the end of the job
3. The tcpdump output should be stored in text format
4. Should be configurable to target a namespace, container name, collection filter
