As an OpenShift administrator, I would like to specify specific storage for services to ensure services have required disk performance.

Description:

Investigate what is required to add disks for services including: swap, etcd, and container storage.

Acceptance Criteria:

• Investigate `platform: none` to simulate bare metal
• Investigate `platform: vsphere`
• Create cards required to further investigate or implement based on the results of this spike.
