[platform-external] [CI] remove skips from AWS workflow

      Goal:

      • remove the e2e test skips from e2e workflow introduced in SPLAT-1158 in PR[1]and workflow openshift-e2e-external-aws.
      • for each skipped test, the root cause must be addressed and fixed in the test source - in general in openshift-tests/origin repo

      Description:

      The SPLAT-1158 added skips to prevent take long time to deliver the workflow, and preventing delivering failure test. The skips must be resolved ASAP.
