This will help us ensure that our work does not cause issues for users of SPLAT bot.

The team requires a GitHub build and review pipeline set up so that changes to code are automatically built, tested, and deployed within 5 minutes without requiring manual intervention (except for approvals). The pipeline is configured with automated tests that are designed to catch errors.
