GOAL

• Collect e2e failures in the regular conformance workflow (introduced SPLAT-1367) and address the issues to OCPBUGs

DESCRIPTION

Platform external jobs were introduced in 4.13 using OPCT workflow using platform external, the OPCT workflow does not have full integration with CI e2e to provide a feedback of using CI database for "know failres", flakes and/or real issues related to platform external using conformance tests.

The card SPLAT-1158 is filling the gap of that integration, the preliminary results are showing a few e2e failures which should be address to achive the successfull execution of regular e2e conformance workflow on CI.

The goal of this card is to collect those preliminary results, check the consistency trying to remove flakes, isolating perm failures and open an bug report on OCPBUGs Jir project.
