Story:

As a User I would like to create network resources to install a cluster with worker nodes in Wavelength Zones.

Goal:

Create documentation to consume CloudFormation templates to create private subnets, and machine sets on it.
Nodes in public subnets is to the scope as it is not the regular deployment for OCP, and it is CAGW IP assignment is not currently supported by MAPI ~~SPLAT-1220~~
