[aws] Customer Scenario: validate permissions of ccoctl using private bucket (cloudfront)

Goal:

• Follow up teams (CCO, Tech Writers, TAM) to guide when reviewing the required IAM policy to run the create all with flag --create-private-s3-bucket to use the private bucket
