USER STORY:

• As a cluster admin, I would like to install OpenShift clusters, extending the compute nodes to the Local Zones in day-zero operations without needing to set up the network and compute dependencies, so I can speed up the edge adoption in the organization using OCP.

Required:

• Installer support to accept zones into edge compute pool and automatically create MachineSet manifests with supported instance type for each zone (instance offerings)
• Installer implementation to create subnets in AWS Local Zones
• User Documentation

ACCEPTANCE CRITERIA:

• Phase II implemented on Installer, code reviewed and merged
• Documentation have been created
• CI tests passing
