There seem to have been updates to how OKD CI jobs work that make that fail on OS now.

We only detected this now because there were no changes to the repo since May and therefore no builds happened that would actually warn us about this.

This PR https://github.com/openshift/cluster-samples-operator/pull/547 is most possibly related and the hopes are that merging it would move us closer to passing CI.
