Epic Goal

Remove non-groupified objects from assets delivered via the Samples Operator

Why is this important?

Non-groupified objects - aka those that use apiVersion: v1 but are not a part of core Kubernetes - were deprecated in OpenShift 4.7 [1]. Today, when a non-groupified object is created via oc, a warning is issued, and oc modifies the object to use the correct group+version.

OpenShift engineering would like to remove this behavior, and return an error if a non-groupified object is created.
