Undefined Today, the downstream images in V1, use different name labels, which seems to be
causing brew images to have non-standard names, for example:

- service-interconnect/site-controller-rhel9
- service-interconnect/config-sync-rhel9
- service-interconnect/skupper-router-rhel9
- service-interconnect/flow-collector-rhel9
- service-interconnect/skupper-operator-bundle
