This is a placeholder for an issue that has been reported more than once, but does not have much further information on how to reproduce.

When creating a skupper site, using default options on openshift for ingress, a Route is not created and the system falls back to Loadbalancer. On this environment, Route should have been available but was not detected for some reason.

The OCP environment was not recently created or restarted. Customer reports this on OCP 4.12 running on vCenter.
