Add jboss-deprecated Repository to Default Config

Required to get at trove:trove, a dependency of the VDF extension:

For users behind the VPN, this build will succeed, as it'll use the old Nexus location (redirects still work behind the JBoss VPN). Else this will fail. So put in place in the POM access to the new deprecated repo.
