The jetty-70 extension has not been updated with the new artifactId introduced in beta-1.

Beta has artifactId:
org.jboss.shrinkwrap.container:shrinkwrap-extension-jetty-70

Should be:
org.jboss.shrinkwrap.container:shrinkwrap-container-jetty-70
