Right now the Readme is way too long and way too complicated, with Embedded Maven taking about half of the Readme. Goal of this issue is to simplify the Readme, remove unused/unnecessary use cases and rewrite the rest if necessary.

The Readme should also contain:

• How to build
• Where to track issues
• What is needed to run
• How to use it
