This group of 10 flaws are in Moodle, which only affects community projects.
The SDEngine pages (for example on the first CVE) shows no errors, and includes a JSON: https://sdengine.prodsec.redhat.com/cve/CVE-2023-5539
However they still show as reserved here https://cve.mitre.org/cgi-bin/cvename.cgi?name=CVE-2023-5539

Embargo was lifted on 18 Oct and since then I've tried a number of things:

• Add doctexts and then approved them
• Add external references
• Add CWEs
• Asking everyone in IR for suggestions

I don't know what else to try.
