      Why need this Task?

I am still getting security information from the oval files for RHEL 6, 7, 8 and 9 and now noticed that the oval data is stale.

      Description:

The oval files have not been updated since Feb 04 2026. According to the latest oval v2 announcement, "Red Hat will continue to support OVAL v2 content for all active streams of RHEL 8 and 9 until they reach the end of maintenance".

Could you please confirm if this is just a delay in updating the oval files or if they are fully deprecated? If it is just a delay, could you please confirm when they will be updated and what is the fixed date for deprecating the oval files for each RHEL release?
