This epic is to track the review effort required for the CNF epic: https://issues.redhat.com/browse/CNF-12585

Epic Goal

Create a PoC based on the spike work (CNF-10830)
- Feature implementation in OCP 4.17 is not MVP
- Default DROP policy in FORWARD chain has impact on new and existing clusters and must be validated by QE and have docs (-> future GA epic)
- PoC can (should) be proposed in the form of PRs (with /hold)

Why is this important?

CI - MUST be running successfully with tests automated
Release Technical Enablement - Provide necessary release enablement details and documents.
