This epic is to track the review effort required for the CNF epic: https://issues.redhat.com/browse/CNF-10830

Epic Goal

Explore options to allow ExternalIP traffic on non br-ex interfaces while not allowing routing between interfaces.
Propose at least one design solution to address the identified shortcomings
