Track knowledge transfer sessions and record the effort on JIRA.

Why is this important?

Everybody wants to understand OVNK, but there are multiple people putting in effort to do the slides, organization etc. We need a tracker to put all decks in one place. I (Surya) personally also spend considerable time for each deck. I need a place to track this work, hence this epic
