As a developer, I would like to being able to start a kind based cluster using CNO off of OCP release branches (4.10..4.12).

Having this working would save Red Hat a lot of money from me having to start GCP/AWS clusters so I can work on customers issues. Besides being a lot faster to deploy.

astoycos , mmahmoud@redhat.com at one point started changes on that effort, but this work needs to be more formalized and supported.
