two test cases are failing when openshift is using OVNKubernetes that need to pass
for openshift to be CNCF conformant. They were failing with ovn and skipped
in the origin test suites. However, those tests were still running in the conformance
suite and passing when run under OpenShiftSDN. Once the move to make ovnk
the default CNI in 4.12 happened, those conformance tests started failing. Recently,
those tests were also skipped to unblock openshift/k8s presubmits from
permafailing.
These tests need to be re-enabled once the tests are fixed. This ticket is for the work
to get the tests passing.
These failures were known before and it seemed there was a PR in ovnk that was
intended to fix it, but the tests were never re-enabled so they either broke
again since then or were never really fixed.
