essentially, newly added tests are extending the run time of upstream e2e jobs and
they timeout. Apparently the db deletion tests take some significant amount of time
and if we can split those tests out to their own job we can avoid jobs timing out.

look in to the job timeout and find a way to avoid it, most likely just splitting db deletion
tests to their own job.
