DoD: Read through code and produce a g doc to understand the following Qs:

• Holes from a tech stand point that might be flakey 
• Testing gaps
• How does a user interact with it
• How would it be integrated with our operator 
• Which API touch points are there 
• Special documentation for this
• HW that we may need for this
