openshift-tests should have tests of egress IP functionality, including

openshift-sdn manually-assigned mode, including HA
openshift-sdn automatically-assigned mode, including HA
ovn-kubernetes (automatically-assigned), including HA
ovn-kubernetes per-pod egress IPs
any other ovn-kubernetes-specific features I'm forgetting
any new egress IP features added in 4.8 or later
