Upstream BOM 1.5.7-SNAPSHOT - db config stored in configmap

      DB application with connection info stored in openshift configmap does not work with 1.5.7-SNAPSHOT BOM.
      It looks like it does not pickup connection info from configmap by spring-cloud-kubernetes library.
      There is major change in spring-cloud-kubernetes library between 1.4.1 (from fabric8) BOM and 1.5.7 (from springboot) BOM.
